Buttons, Pins & Jewels
This photo caught my eye & reminded my of a little shoe box of
my Mothers. When my Great Grandmother died my Mother received the box.
I was an infant at the time. The box contains the
most simplistic items: A tiny coin purse with old change, one a buffalo
nickel, buttons, pins, vintage jewels, an old blue vick container. It
is amazing how these precious treasures open my eyes to my heritage.
Never judge an old shoe box by what's in it, but rather, what it
represents...I hope that everyone receives an old shoe box in there
lifetime; It is a gift.
